We provide free unlimited WiFi internet at all of our residences. Regardless of where you are in building you will be able to access your course notes, chat to your friends and family and even watch your favourite TV shows through our extensive and high-speed network. And you can have up to 3 devices online at any given time.

Our Student One residences are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by multi-lingual staff who are 100% focused on ensuring our students are looked after and safe.
At Student One you also have full flexibility around the length of your lease. All we ask for is a minimum of 4 weeks. How much longer you stay is entirely up to you. For any questions, head to our FAQs.
Living at Student One means you live right in the very heart of Brisbane's city centre. You can walk to most campuses such as QUT Gardens Point, JCU, CQU, Federation Uni, Torrens Uni and TAFE.
All English Language School are also only a short walk away.
And if you study at UQ you can take our free shuttle bus to St. Lucia campus, leaving at 8 AM, 9AM and 10AM from Adelaide Street and then 15 minutes later from Elizabeth Street.
Student One provides a safe, secure, dedicated student living experience that provides a real alternative to homestay placement for international students under the age of 18 years. At Student One, students under the age of 18 have the opportunity to place themselves within a culturally diverse peer network made up of domestic and international residents studying at a range of Brisbane tertiary and college campuses.
