No need to wait in line in a communal kitchen if you want to prepare a meal. And we even provide all the essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery and even toasters and kettles! It's convenient and it's safe.

FREE shuttle bus

In the mornings, Student One offers a free shuttle bus from your accommodation to UQ's St Lucia campus.
There is no shuttle to QUT but it is only a short walk to QUT's Gardens Point campus.

FREE unlimited internet

Student One offer free unlimited WiFi internet in all of our buildings allowing you to study, download material or chat to family and friends back home no matter where you are on site. You can have up to 3 devices online at any given time.

Terms & Conditions
Student One will use the details provided above to make an offer to you. When you receive an offer you will be required to accept the terms of the offer and pay a deposit equal to 2 weeks' rent to secure it. We will ask you to accept an offer within 2 business days otherwise we may offer that same room to someone else. If, once an offer has been accepted you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund of your deposit. You must be classified as an eligible NEW resident for Student One. The Semester Abroad Special is available at Student One Wharf Street and for 4- and 5 bedroom apartments only – subject to availability. Leases must commence prior to or on the 1 August 2024. The offer is only available for new to direct bookings. To secure a booking, all new bookings must pay two weeks of advance rent, as outlined in the letter of offer, by the specified date. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date will make you ineligible for this offer. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. This offer is not applicable to bookings that have already been deposited, received, or accepted. This offer is not applicable to bookings via an education agent or online aggregator, other than Education Abroad (Kilroy).
