Student One's 'Long Stay Special' runs from 8 April 2024 until 31 July 2024 inclusive. Rooms and special rates are subject to availability at time of booking. This special offer is only available for new bookings, made from 8 April 2024 and with a minimum length of stay of 52 weeks. The 'Long Stay Special' is available for all room types at all three Student One residences. The special offer is available for individuals who apply directly through the Student One website or through a registered education agent. The 'Long Stay Special' cannot be combined with any other special offer. The person entering a lease agreement under this offer must remain the occupant for the full term of the lease agreement. The $1,000 cash gift card will be issued two weeks prior to the lease ending. As with all bookings at Student One you must be able to proof you are a student studying at a local University, College or School.
