“My daughter was one of the first students to take up residence in Student One on Adelaide Street and resided there for 2 1/2 years. The convenient, central position was a big factor in choosing Student One with buses stopping both ways just outside the door erasing the safety issues of night classes. Everything she needed was within walking distance including the Queen Street Mall being 5 minutes walk away. From there you can access buses and trains to anywhere in Brisbane. The facilities were well maintained and maintenance issues dealt with promptly. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Security was also a big factor and having a staff member at reception 24hrs a day was always reassuring. My daughter enjoyed her stay. As A parent I would highly recommend Student One to other students. It just makes living and studying in Brisbane easy."

Student One was the right decision. As a parent, I never worried about my daughter's safety, given its excellent location, around the clock front desk, and the services available right on the premises. The proximity to uni (QUT), groceries, restaurants, etc. was ideal and made our daughter's daily life that much easier. Any questions we had prior to leasing from Student One were promptly answered and the staff was extremely responsive to questions we had during and after our daughter's return home. JW

As a local Aussie living here I love it! So many different room types, great common areas, the location is perfect and even walking distance to the valley which is perfect for us Aussie teens!! But besides the location the staff are great everything is clean and I now have friends all over the globe due to student one being the home to all different cultures!

Great place to meet people from different countries. I love the location because I just walk everywhere as it's literally 5 minutes from Queen street mall. The rooms are really clean and the staff are helpful if anything is wrong. Moving to a new city, i have loved living here so far because I am always with friends.

That's an excellent apartment. Everyone are cheerful, the reception staff give me lots of help! The apartment has a lot of activities that you can join. For me, I just take 15-20 mins to UQ by bus. It's convience to myer center and david jones which is close to us. If you like to going to supermarket that coles and woolies near us too.

Even before I arrived in Brisbane I had all the support from the staff. They were always willing to help me providing info and tips when necessary. After my arrival I was welcomed by a kind and helpful staff, which has being doing nothing more than working so that everything works out for me. I am going to live here as long as I am a student.

Student One is a great place to live! It's a brand new building which is located in the centre of Brisbane. Many places in the city are within walking distance. You'll meet cool people from all over the world. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I really enjoyed my time at Student One!

Student One is a wonderful learning environment for both domestic and international students. I love the activities Student One plans for us each week, it’s a great way to make new friends. The location is perfect, if you're a city lover, and it has great access to transport and further activities.

I loved Student One. It's a great place, very clean, organised and the staff very helpful. It has a games room and a very good gym I used every day. In short, it looks like a five star hotel.

Situated in the heart of Brisbane city, Student One is an incredible place to live with easy access to universities, a great social and academic balance and a huge range of cultures so you can meet people from all over the world.

I got here without knowing much about anything here. Student One has not only provided me with an accommodation, but has also provided me comfort, security and many others.
All in all, Student One is one that's not to be missed!
