This special offers is only available for new bookings, made from 28 June 2024 and at select room types and minimum lengths of stay. The special offer is available for individuals who apply directly through the Student One website or through a registered education agent. The person entering a lease agreement under this offer must remain the occupant for the full term of the lease agreement. *Risk Free = Student One will refund deposits in full if the booking is cancelled no less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to check-in. As with all bookings at Student One you must be able to prove you are a student studying at a local University, College or School.
