Student One will use the details provided above to make an offer to you. If none of your preferences are available, Student One will offer you an alternative. When you receive an offer you will be required to accept the terms of the offer and pay a deposit equal to 2 weeks' rent to secure it. We will ask you to accept an offer within 2 business days otherwise we may offer that same room to someone else. If, once an offer has been accepted you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund of your deposit. The offer of guaranteed accommodation is for individual bookings only. Students looking for couple accommodation should contact Student One directly at accommodation@studentone.com letting us know what you are looking for and we will try to assist, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this type of accommodation.
