We've struck gold....again!
The results are in—and Student One has been awarded Gold....AGAIN! 🏆 For two years running Student One has been awarded a gold status in the annual Residential Experience Standard, 2024 & 2025.

In August 2024, Student One took part in Australia’s first-ever Residential Experience Standard (RES), a pioneering accreditation initiative aimed at comprehensively assessing, measuring, and enhancing the student accommodation experience.
RES offers a 360º evaluation of student satisfaction, drawing on the expertise of Investor In Students (IIS), which currently surveys over 120,000 students across more than 20 institutions in the UK and Europe.
With the introduction of RES, the Asia-Pacific Student Accommodation Association (APSAA) is bringing this rigorous, evidence-based assessment to the Australia-Pacific region.
We achieved Gold status.
In 2025 we were again judged by our residents and compared to industry standards. and we won GOLD again!! 🏆
We are incredibly proud of this achievement as customer satisfaction is what we strive for.
