The Terms
“Book 52 weeks and get the last 4 weeks free” • Booking period: effective 22 August 2025 and for a strictly limited time only, until allocated rooms are sold out. • Applicable to all room types at all Student One residences • Leases must commence between 1 January and 6 February 2026 • Students must remain in-room for the full duration of their lease to claim the last 4 weeks free. • Free weeks cannot be redeemed for cash. • Weekly rent is to paid as per the lease agreement and for a period of 48 weeks
