On Friday, 29 July Deputy Premier Jackie Trad announced the 20 winners of Trade Invest Queensland and Study Brisbane’s “Best Semester Abroad” campaign. The announcements were made live from Student One Adelaide street via Skype conference calls to Chile, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Spain, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan and Italy. Student One will welcome 10 lucky winners for their 5 months long stay in October.
The Best Semester Abroad competition was launched in April. This initiative was developed and designed by the International Education And Training Unit of Trade and Invest Queensland to promote Queensland as a world class study destination.
